AurexDocs provides AI-powered writing tools, PDF editing and conversion tools, OCR scanning, and file compression services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AurexDocs to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to scrape or abuse our services
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent

AurexDocs and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you process through our services.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

AurexDocs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
